NO MORE DIETS!

When you hear the word diet, does it make you cringe too? Do you feel like you’re NOT allowed to eat this or eat that? Does it sound like you’ll just be eating bland salads and eating under 1200 calories a day and starving yourself? Did you eat a donut for breakfast and were only left with 400 calories for the rest of the day? Only to turn around and binge and feel guilty for eating foods you actually enjoy? How many times have you felt that you’ve failed your diet and just gave up because it was unsustainable?

We take the 80/20 approach. 80% of what you consume are healthy, whole, nutritious foods while the other 20% are your favorites that may not be as healthy. You know pizza, tacos, burgers, fries, brownies and ice cream, etc. Yes, you can have your cake and eat it too!! We’ll teach you how to eat for your goals without being on restrictive diets while still enjoying the foods you love. We’ll also provide you with workouts that are convenient within your own home or being in the gym. Yes, you still can eat carbs and have your favorite foods. Oh, and there are NO meal plans!! Meal plans only tell you what to eat, they don’t explain what you’re eating and why.

Accountability

Maybe you need a boost every now and again so you’re not slipping. Don’t worry, we’ll be doing in depth check ins to make sure you’re progressing in the right direction. With the help of MyFitnessPal, we’ll be able to see what you’re eating and show you how to make adjustments for your goals.

Accessibility

If you’re asking yourself if online coaching would be good for you; ask yourself if you have you ever had access to a trainer outside of a gym or studio?  The answer is “No”.  With VIP Training, you will have access to us throughout the day for those times when you have questions, because there will be questions. This is beneficial when you’re traveling or at restaurants and are not sure what to order off of the menu.

Customized

You’re different inside and out and so is your program with us. It doesn’t matter if you’re wanting to add muscle, loose weight, or learn what it takes to maintain once you’ve reached your goals. We’ll help you understand exactly what your body needs. Being able to eat healthy and still enjoy your favorite foods is a must. There are no food restrictions, so yes, WE EAT CARBS!!

We’ll provide you with resources that show you how to meal prep, our specialized grocery list, and how to keep track of what you’re consuming on a daily basis. Don’t worry we’ve got you covered, you’ll still be able to have a social life and enjoy friends and family.
We understand that making the move may be intimidating. Please understand this program is not for someone who is looking for a quick fix. You must be ready to invest time, money, and energy into yourself.
